Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by arranging a replacement or providing a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note that photographic evidence of the damage may be required for insurance claims.

RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for considering a purchase from my collection of paintings. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want you to be happy with your artwork. Please review the following return policy guidelines:

Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your painting, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

Notification: Before initiating a return, please notify me via email or phone within the 14-day return period to inform me about the reason for the return.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including appropriate packaging and insurance to ensure the safe return of the artwork.

Refund: Upon receiving the returned artwork and verifying its condition, a refund for the purchase price will be issued within 5 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
